As pillars of fandom culture, we welcome artists to showcase and sell their amazing works and attendees to buy and support the local art scene for a healthy fandom ecosystem!

How are Artist Alley participants selected?

Since we’re working with a limited space, we have decided on 11 spots for artists for our first edition. Out of those 11, we have personally sent invitations to 6 artists that we know and love and the remaining 5 spots are up for grabs!

Applications are open from May 6th to May 26th (inclusive). After the deadline, we’ll get in contact with the selected artists in the following week.

For collaboration, we have two options:

  • If you are self-employed or own a company through which you will handle the sales, the cost for renting a table is 100 RON, and all the profit will remain yours.

  • If not, we can make a collaboration contract and your merch will be sold on our receipt, at a higher price, so that you can make a profit and we can also cover the paperwork taxes. In this case, you no longer have to pay for the table.

All artists at the Artist Alley will benefit from:

  • free entry to the event for themselves and a helper (if needed)
  • a table and a chair + an extra chair for the helper
  • an official artist lanyard + one for the helper
  • social media posts with tag, share, spotlight and credits on our site.

Guest artists benefit from priority seating for Artist Alley but participation costs are the same.

RULES FOR ARTISTS

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • One artist may only apply for one table.
  • Any and all set-ups or displays must not interfere with neighboring tables or pose a hazard.
  • All the art sold at the table must be the work of the artist who reserved the table.
  • No traced or stolen art will be allowed.
  • No AI works will be allowed.
  • The subject matter of the work must be compliant with our convention rules, i.e., must be suited for all ages of attendees and be respectful towards all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities or religious beliefs.

  • We will not allow the display and sale of works promoting hate speech, depicting sexualization of minors or explicit violence.

  • The following materials are not allowed to be sold:
    • official merch
    • consumables such as food and drink, beauty products or soaps.
    • items that can cause harm such as blades, explosives or other types of weapons.

All table cancellations must be requested no later than a month before the date of the event.

Ca piloni ai culturii fandom, invităm artiștii să își prezinte și să își vândă lucrările la eveniment și pe participanți să cumpere și să susțină scena artistică locală pentru un ecosistem fandom sănătos!

Cum sunt selectați participanții la Aleea Artiștilor?

Deoarece lucrăm cu un spațiu limitat, am decis să rezervăm 11 locuri pentru artiști pentru prima noastră ediție. Dintre acești 11, am trimis personal invitații la 6 artiști pe care îi cunoaștem și îi iubim, iar restul de 5 locuri sunt disponibile pentru oricine!

Înscrierile sunt deschise între 6 și 26 mai (inclusiv). După termenul limită, vom contacta artiștii selectați în săptămâna următoare.

Pentru colaborare, avem două opțiuni:

  • Dacă ai PFA sau firmă (SRL), costul pentru închirierea mesei este de 100 lei, iar tot profitul va rămâne la tine.

  • Dacă nu ai PFA sau firmă, putem face un contract de consignație, iar merch-ul tău va fi vândut pe bonul nostru, la un preț mai mare decât cel de cost, pentru că tu să poți face profit, iar noi să acoperim taxele fiscale. În acest caz, nu mai trebuie să plătești pentru masă.

Toți artiștii de la Artist Alley vor beneficia de:

  • intrare gratuită la eveniment pentru ei și un ajutor la stand (dacă este nevoie)
  • o masă și un scaun + un scaun in plus pentru ajutor
  • un lanyard oficial pentru artist + unul pentru ajutor
  • postări pe social media cu tag, share, spotlight și credite pe site-ul nostru.

Artiștii invitați beneficiază de locuri prioritare pentru Aleea Artiștilor, dar costurile de participare sunt aceleași.

REGULI PENTRU ARTIȘTI:

  • Artiștii trebuie să aibă minim 18 ani.
  • Un artist poate aplica doar pentru o singură masă.
  • Orice amenajare sau expunere nu trebuie să interfereze cu mesele vecine sau să reprezinte un pericol.
  • Toate lucrările vândute la masă trebuie să fie opera artistului care a rezervat masa.
  • Nu va fi permisă nicio operă de artă copiată sau furată.
  • Nu vor fi permise lucrări realizate prin intermediul Inteligenței Artificiale.
  • Subiectul lucrării trebuie să respecte regulile evenimentului noastru, adică: trebuie să poată fi vizionat de către participanți de toate vârstele și să nu aducă jignire față de alți oameni, indiferent de rasă, etnie, orientare sexuală, identitate de gen sau credințe religioase.

  • Nu vom permite expunerea și vânzarea de lucrări care promovează un discurs instigator la ură, care prezintă sexualizarea minorilor sau violență excesivă.

  • Următoarele materiale nu sunt permise pentru vânzare:
    • produse oficiale
    • consumabile precum alimente și băuturi, produse de înfrumusețare sau săpunuri.
    • obiecte care pot provoca daune, cum ar fi lame, explozibili sau alte tipuri de arme.

Anularea rezervării trebuie solicitată cu cel puțin o lună înainte de data evenimentului.
