Meet the DashCon 2 Romania team!

We’re a small team of romanian cosplayers who really enjoy the fandom space and internet culture and wish to do our favourite thing: Go to a convention! And the coolest thing is, it will have all of our favourite activities that we've wanted to see for a long time implemented over here. Because we made it! Yippee!

Really hope this will be as fun and special for everybody as it is for us.

Suntem o mică echipă de cosplayeri români care iubesc tot ce ține de fandom și cultura online și ne dorim să facem ce ne place cel mai mult: Să mergem la o convenție! Și cea mai bună parte este că putem fi siguri că o să aibă toate activitățile pe care am vrut să le vedem implementate într-o convenție. Pentru că noi am făcut-o! Yippee!

Chiar sperăm ca acest eveniment să fie la fel de special pentru toată lumea, cum este și pentru noi.



Rin

Hi, I'm Rin and I'm what kids these days call an elder emo. I do a little bit of everything, from cosplay to social media content and I have yet to let anxiety defeat me.

I spent most of my formative years unsupervised on the internet wishing we had more diverse and inclusive fandom spaces back at home too. My wildest dream is to be able to create the environment I have longed for when I was 12 scrolling on tumblr.

Mi-am petrecut majoritatea anilor formatori pe internet nesupravegheata sperand la spatii de fandom mult mai inclusive si accesibile si acasa. Visul meu nebun este sa creez locul la care ma gandeam cand aveam 12 ani si stateam pe tumblr.

I'm Fish and I love dolls, circus related things and collecting hobbies!

Growing up, fandom spaces have always been a safe place for me to just be myself, make friends and explore my creativity! I have so many memories from conventions I'll forever cherish ( like the pasta bucket we shared on the grass with other Undertale cosplayers) and I hope we'll be able to offer you a memorable experience with this event too!

I really wish we can create a space where everyone can just have fun and be themselves! ♡

Eu sunt Fish și ador păpușile, estetica si lucrurile legate de circ și să colecționez hobby-uri!

Crescând, spațiile pentru fandom au fost întotdeauna un loc sigur pentru mine în care puteam fi eu însămi, să-mi fac prieteni și să-mi dezvolt creativitatea! Am foarte multe amintiri de la convenții la care voi ține mereu (cum ar fi găleata cu paste pe care am împărțit-o pe iarbă cu alți cosplayeri Undertale) și sper că vom putea să vă oferim și vouă o experiență memorabilă cu acest eveniment!

Sper foarte mult să putem crea un spațiu în care toată lumea să se simtă bine și in care să poată fi ei înșiși! ♡

Hiya! I'm Alice or Elias, either is great! :3 and I've been cosplaying for about 11 years! Conventions have always been a safe haven to explore my gender identity and expression without shame.

They've very often been a welcoming and joyful place where I got to combine my love for crafts, sewing and drawing to make my silly little costumes and role-play with fellow weird people like me!

Well, I hope our convention will create a nice, welcoming and unchained from cringe and anxiety space for many more fandom enjoyers to come!

Hiya! Sunt Alice sau Elias, oricare e grozav! :3 și fac cosplay de aproximativ 11 ani! Convențiile au fost mereu un refugiu pentru mine în care am putut să experimentez cu identitatea mea și cu exprimarea mea de gen fără rușine.

Foarte des, convențiile au fost un loc primitor și plin de bucurie în care am putut să îmi combin plăcerea de a crea cu dragostea pentru desen și cusut într-un singur scop: să-mi fac costumele mele silly și să fac role-play cu alți oameni unhinged ca mine.

Ei bine, sper că evenimentul nostru va crea un nou spațiu primitor și absolvit de cringe și anxietate pentru cât mai mulți alți iubitori de fandom!
